We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we believe you are using the App inappropriately. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using OnStream and delete any copies of the App.

Disclaimers:

• OnStream is provided "as is" and we do not make any warranties regarding its availability, performance, or security.
• We are not liable for any loss of data or other damages resulting from your use of the App.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of OnStream. Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnStream operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
